Pasta & Cream prides ourselves on being able to offer nearly everything on our menu gluten free. We use gluten-free penne noodles made from a blend of corn and rice. All of our sauces are gluten-free as they are made with fresh cream, crushed tomatoes or extra-virgin olive oil. We create each sauce in the pan to order, there is never any wheat or starch thickeners added to the sauce. The house salad and Caesar salad can be made without croutons so be sure to tell your server your gluten-free.
