Together, they combined passion, old-school cooking techniques, and the finest ingredients to create a dining experience that’s truly hard to find today. Their commitment to quality and exceptional customer service is unmatched. Eric was a kind and remarkable individual who bravely battled cancer for eight years before passing away on September 6, 2024. God bless his soul. He poured his heart into every dish, sharing his passion through both his cooking and his warm personality. Today, his wife Felour proudly continues his legacy.
